In this fast-paced world we live in, it’s challenging to prioritise rest amidst our many, oh so many, responsibilities. But when we do take that much needed rest, so often that guilty feeling creeps in. It can sneak up on us and before we know it, completely overshadow the rest with a cloud of guilt.
